Moratorium on all new rezoning applications
UPDATE: Effective November 7, 2025 the moratorium on all new rezoning applications south of Highway 16 and west of Highway 441 ended. The moratorium does, however, remain in effect for all new rezoning applications north of Highway 16 and east of Highway 441.
